90-minute EMDR sessions available starting at £125

Solution-focused hypnotherapy is most effective when approached as a consistent, committed process. The best results are typically achieved when you attend weekly sessions and commit to a minimum of 6–12 weeks. Most clients find that around 12 sessions is the sweet spot for building sustainable, lasting change.

Regular sessions provide the consistency the brain needs to form new neural pathways, helping shift habits, emotional responses, and thought patterns needed for long-lasting meaningful change

Because progress relies on continuity and engagement in the process, one-off or occasional sessions are not typically offered to new clients. (However, if you have previously completed a course of therapy with me, you are always welcome to return for one-off maintenance sessions whenever needed.)

EMDR therapy is offered as a progression or complement to hypnotherapy and is therefore available only to existing hypnotherapy clients. This allows us to build a strong therapeutic foundation first and ensures the work is carried out in a safe and supportive way.

Session Options: Online & In-Person

Many of my clients choose online video call sessions, which are flexible, convenient, and just as effective as in-person therapy. Working from the comfort of your own space can support deeper emotional work, and there's no travel time to worry about.

However, for those who feel more comfortable working face-to-face, I also offer in-person sessions at my Bristol practice - address provided upon consultation.
