Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation is offered free to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, begin understanding what support might look like for you, and answer any questions you might have.

If an initial consultation is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, any subsequent consultation would be chargeable on half price fee basis which is £42.50 for 30 mins.

Payments for Programmes

Programmes are offered as a complete course of personalised treatment and are priced accordingly, with the intention of supporting lasting therapeutic benefit over time. For this reason, refunds are not available for withdrawal from, or non-attendance within, a programme once purchased.

If a client is unable to continue with a block of sessions at the agreed time, the work may be paused and resumed at a later date when they are able to commit to a consistent scheduled appointment time. This helps ensure fairness and availability for existing clients and maintains accessibility of regular session slots for all clients.

Where a client has reached their therapy goals sooner than the full package is used, any remaining sessions may be transferred to be used as ‘top-up’ or maintenance sessions at a later date.

We understand that life circumstances can sometimes require appointments to be changed or cancelled. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice will not incur a charge. However, appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged at the full session fee.

Where sessions or consultations have been prepaid, payments may be forfeited if sufficient notice is not given.

All payments are required with one week’s notice
