Complimentary Initial Consultation

Your first consultation is offered free of charge as a one-time opportunity to explore whether we are a good fit to work together. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, a further initial consultation can still be arranged, though a non-refundable advance booking fee of £32.50 will apply.

Payments for Programmes

Programmes are offered as a complete course of treatment and are priced accordingly, with the intention of supporting lasting therapeutic benefit over time. For this reason, refunds are not available for early withdrawal from, or non-attendance within, a programme once purchased.

We understand that life circumstances can sometimes require appointments to be changed or cancelled. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a charge. However, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged at the full session fee.

Where sessions or consultations have been prepaid, payments may be forfeited if sufficient notice is not given.
