Free Online Visualisation Session with Emma

This New Year Reset is a guided therapeutic visualisation and reflective journalling session, created to help you gently recalibrate after a busy, emotionally full, or challenging period — and step into the year ahead with greater clarity, steadiness, and intention.

The session is led by Emma, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, EMDR practitioner, and personal performance coach, with lived experience of neurodiversity and extensive experience supporting adults navigating emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, family trauma, and recovery after difficult relationships.

The visualisation is grounded in evidence-based hypnotherapy and nervous-system-led practice, supporting the way your mind and body process change, stress, and transition.
It offers a calm, contained space to set intentions — and gently “download” them through guided therapeutic visualisation.
